Our spacious Kitchen is arranged around a large, central island which both separates and connects the cooking and serving areas. The Hand Built Hall is currently a dry-hire space; which means you are not tied into our packages or caterers. Nor do you have to pay us a premium to bring your own.
For cooking or heating food, we have twin Smeg Range cookers. These have Induction hobs, which is the safest option in any kitchen. However, you must let your caterer know this, as some pots (eg pure aluminum) simply won’t heat up on them! There is also a good-sized microwave, hand, prep, and washing up sinks, and a commercial dishwasher. The island features USB charging points as well as power, and a bluetooth speaker, so you can connect your phone.
On the south side of the kitchen there is a large serving hatch through to the Reception Hall. This can be closed if required. We also have a full-sized fridge and medium freezer space available for you for puddings, salads, drinks, ice, and the like. There is also a secure cupboard for your valuables.
Naturally we have all appropriate health a safety features. You event caretakers will take you through everything you need to know and answer any questions you may have.
