Our Prices

The Hand Built Hall is a unique venue with a very special atmosphere. Architects and builders find it fascinating, and it deservedly won several awards during construction. As a result, those who use the hall come away with an experience to talk about.

Below we show a basic outline of our charges, please contact us to work out your best bespoke quote.

Because we want to give high quality service and to help you at every stage of the hire, we always provide two caretakers to make sure everything goes smoothly.

As a venue in the heart of a residential area, all events must end by 10pm, leaving adequate post-event hire-time for clearing away.

RECEPTION HALL LARGE EVENTS £150/hr £170: 1-3 hrs
Use of the Kitchen £50/hr  
Caretaker Charge (mandatory) £30/hr £33: 9-12 hrs

SMALL EVENTS (up to 60 people)

30% discount if hired with the Main Hall

Charges Cap:

We will not charge more than £2,000 per single day event in the Hand Built Hall, (does not include conferences or similar events using the main church)

Optional Extras (eg AV, PA, Cutlery etc.): POA

We also offer special rates to bona-fide Community Groups.
